Yes: We assist in reselling through our agents and charge 5% commission payable on completion of the sale.
Yes: We do accept installment payments of up to 2 ½ years to make it easier for our clients to own properties.
Yes: Every payment to the company is receipted.
YES: All our clients must sign land sale agreement when buying plots as per the legal requirement.
After selection of a plot(s) a customer will furnish us with a copy of their ID, copy of the PIN certificate and a duly filed booking card indicating customer details and the plot number they have chosen. For companies and chamas, a copy of certificate of registration and copies of ID and Pin Certificate of the director is all that is needed.

All our plots have freehold titles and as per the law only Kenya citizens can own such titles.
YES: All our plots have title deeds. As a matter of policy we DO NOT deal with properties without title deeds.
All our plots are a minimum of 50*100 or 1/8 of an acre. You can however buy several plots adjacent to each other.
NO we don’t charge viewing fees. Our site visits are free of charge. With free lunch of course!
