What Is The Process Of Buying

  • Enquiry- The customer enquires about our products.
  • Site visit- Organize a site visit with the interested party to view the property.
  • Choose a plot on the ground- customer chooses a plot on the map and identifies the same on the ground.
  • Offer letter: We send the customer an offer letter for signing
  • Sale agreement: Our lawyers will draft the sale agreement to be verified and signed by the customer and ourselves.
  • Payments process: Pay the agreed deposit on the execution of the agreement and the balance payable monthly installments or the full purchase price as the case maybe.
  • Transfer documents: Prepare transfer documents and have them signed by ourselves and the customer. Or customers send us copies of their ID card/ Passport; Pin certificate and three colored passport photos.  
  • Title deed registration: We will prepare and lodge all the completion documents to the relevant lands office for registration of the property in favor of the customer.
  • Collection of title deeds: Upon transfer the customer will collect their original title deed in their name.  
  • Use the property: The customer can start building on their plots, keep them for investment, resell or put the property into the use their deem fit.
